Warranty period
All products supplied by Gikom are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of installation of the equipment. In some cases, an extended warranty may be provided.
Warranty service conditions
Example text: "The warranty covers all defects caused by the manufacturer. If a defect or malfunction is detected during operation, you can contact our service center to receive free warranty service.
The following are mandatory warranty conditions:
- Operating conditions are met in accordance with technical documentation;
- Absence of external damage not related to the operation of the equipment;
- The valid warranty period.
